How to save money on Viekira Pak

I am about to begin the Viekira Pak treatment. I have the express scripts prescription insurance. They approved the medication and are quoting my 12 weeks of treatment around $9000. On the Abbvie VP website I saw that I can print a co-pay card out that says "may pay as little as $5 out-of- pocket". Sounds awesome, if that's the case! Has anyone used it and it actually worked? Do you have any other suggestions as to how I can reduce $9000? | |

My prescription for Harvoni was also through Express Scripts through my employer although my copay was only $30 per bottle so would have been $180 | |
