If you were to choose players who did not have these boosts turm + ovl would find the fight a walk in ***** the park. If you balanced for a person with these boosts then you've basically made them mandatory. This was far from ideal as the boosts that prayer and potions offer can be seen as an additional boost to the ones you already had, rather than equally important as having the best weapon in the game.
With their current strengths though they are capable of giving you an identical boost as different between barrows as well as nex gear/choatics[sic] and overloads are capable of giving you the same boost that you get from ***** the different between godwars gear and the nex gear/chaotics. They are, therefore, far from tiny boosts.
