Hi! Kundalini Yoga is an amazing practice! To get you started, I recommend the following poses:
Mountain Pose - this pose will help strengthen your legs and back, creating a stable base for the rest of your practice.
Sun Breathing Pose - this dynamic pose activates the breath, strengthens the core and awakens energy.
Ascending Lotus Pose - this pose develops flexibility in the hips and activates sacral chakra energy.
Bridge Pose - this pose stretches the front of the body and activates the energy of the heart chakra.
Meditation Pose - Sit in a comfortable meditation pose and focus on your breath, allowing yourself to immerse yourself in the moment.
