As a lot of people have probably noticed, if you press tab to target your enemy it no longer really targets whats infront of you making it extremely frustrating to use for many. Under Keybindings > Targeting you can find "Target Scan Enemy (Hold)" which is not bound to anything, try binding that to your Tab and test it out. It's a huge improvement. If you do not like it you can bind back tab to Target Nearest Enemy and type in "/console TargetNearestUseOld 1" to get pre 7.0 behaviour. If you already used the TargetNearestUseOld 1 command previously and want to test out Target Scan Enemy, you have to use "/console TargetNearestUseOld 0" first or it won't do anything when you press tab.
