Well, one way or another, a huge number of sites offer different types of subscriptions, but I think it is better to overpay and not be afraid of viruses and other things. Nevertheless, sites like https://fivemods.io/library/gta-5-mods are very helpful, because they have the possibility of both paid and free use, only with limited functionality, I think it is a great option to bring something new to your game, and if you do not have enough of it, you can buy a subscription and use all possible mods, texture packs and add-ons to the maximum (as long as your PC can handle it all).
