It always seemed to me that this situation is very suspicious and their interaction may be dishonest due to the financial system. I do not know how many debts a company has, but a subpoena is a serious matter. Every company that values its reputation will try to win the case in court. I read on one forum ***** that many companies even resort to bribing the judge to win a particular case. This may seem unfair, but reputation is more expensive than money, and therefore companies are willing to spend fabulous funds to ensure that their reputation remains trustful. I want to see how this case will be resolved as soon as possible. Good luck to everyone!
