With yesterday's major update to W10 taking the OS build version from 1909 to 2004 I have lost access to the BB10 Z: drive when phone is connected to pc via USB cable.
I think it's a setting in Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off > .. .. but have forgotten where to go next. And whether there's anything else that needs to be done.
Can anybody help, please? Thank you!

You have to go to the settings and select the key that will replace the windows button.

This can happen due to general configuration errors. This happens when you have the wrong version of Windows. To fix this, you can either reinstall all the programs individually or check the properties of each one. Also you can uninstall everything, install a new Windows, and then rebuild everything. Or you can use the *****, which may solve your problem if there are some minor bugs you are talking about. Before you panic and uninstall everything, it's better to try a few options that might work for you.
