5 ton electric crane trolley design and production for Pakistan customer. This electric crane trolley order is from DQCRANE’s old client. The electric carriage was required its motor and electrics must be the European brand.
European Crane and Electric Trolley Advantages

Compared with the traditional *****, the limit distance between well and hook is much smaller and lifting height is much higher so as to increase the working place of the existing warehouse.
European Type Electric Trolley for *****
On July, 2016, we received one inquiry from Peoples’ steel mill to purchase the new double rail electric trolley for their existing crane, and we got the below specification:
Double rail electric trolley
Lifting capacity: 5tons
Lifting height: 9meters
Gauge: 1.1meters, 1.5meters and 1.62meters
Motor and electrics must be the European brand.
How We Get the 5 Ton Electric Trolley Order from Pakistan Customers?
Once we get the above specifications, we talked with our designer engineer and conclude the technical & commercial offer for them.
Lifting capacity and lifting height are the normal specifications and no problem.The gauge is the rail to rail distance of the traveling trolley. As our standard double girder overhead crane is from 1.5meters to 2meters.After our discussion, we can customized the 1.1meters gauge for them.
We select the ABM Germany three-in-one motor and Schneider electrics for them. Three-in-one motor is the reducer motor which means motor, reducer and gearbox together as one. All electrics such as the contactor, inverter and switches are come from Schneider France.
Finally we satisfied all the questions for the Peoples’ Steel Mill, then we get the 5 ton electric crane trolley order.
Once we get the original irrevocable letter of credit from our customer, we start the production. Production last 25 working days. Below please take reference of some actual pictures.

About this kind European lifting mechanism, there is no any welding and all the connections are by the high strength bolts. All the motors are the variable speed motor and the shell box is stoving varnish technology.
Crane Cross Limit Switch Introduction
Most customers are curious to know what kind switches used for the hoist. We used are the below cross limit switch for the traveling. Cross limit switch is the cross shape. During the worktime, it can take two times protection for the crane traveling, the first stop will lower the traveling speed and the second stop will make the crane stop smoothly, in this way, we can reduce the damage which is taken by the collusion.

5 Ton European Type Electric Trolley Package and Delivery
After production, we send the client pictures for reference, then arrange the package.About the package, our company policy is package the hoist and electrics by wooden box. Once we load the box into the container, we will fix the box by rope again to avoid the damage from shipment collusion.
