This is an order for electric winches sold to Nigeria in 2022. The customer purchased 2 sets of JML double drum ***** with a lifting capacity of 2 tons and a rope length of 250 meters from our *****. The order was placed in the factory on July 15th, and the reducer and casting parts were delivered to the factory on August 4th. Assembly was started on August 18th, completed on August 24th, and loading tests were conducted on August 25th. Finish painting on September 1st, and send the product to the customer for confirmation after taking photos. On September 29th, we shipped our products to Nigeria, where our client is engaged in the construction industry. Two electric winches will be used on a construction site in Nigeria. What is a winch
The winch is a kind of light and small lifting equipment that uses the drum to wind the steel wire rope or chain to lift or pull heavy objects. The winch can lift the weight vertically, horizontally or obliquely. The winch is divided into three types: manual winch, electric winch and hydraulic winch. Mainly electric winch. It can be used alone or as an integral part of hoisting, road building and mine hoisting machinery. It is widely used because of its simple operation, large amount of rope winding and convenient displacement. It is mainly used for lifting or dragging materials in buildings, water conservancy projects, forestry, mines, docks, etc.

①Clutch
Control the operation of the drum. When the two clutches are closed, the two drums can work at the same time. One clutch is open and another clutch is closed, and the drum works independently. Which drum works, which clutch is closed. If both clutches are opened, both drums will not wrok.
②Manual Brake
The manual brake is the brake on the drum. When the two drums work at the same time, because there is a brake for the motor, you don’t need to use the manual brake. If the two drums don’t work at the same time, open the clutch and tighten the manual brake to make the drum doesn’t work. Close the clutch and release the manual brake to make the drum works. If both drums don’t need to work,it is necessary to ensure that the clutches are opened and the manual brakes are tightened.
③Ratchet backstop
Clutch control ratchet pawl.The clutch controls the work of the drum by controlling the ratchet backstop.
④Motor electromagnetic brake:
This is the manual opening button of the electromagnetic brake of the motor. When the winch works normally, this button is not needed. Brake when the motor is powered off, and turn on when the motor is powered on.
