I have got a long standing member in my Ladies Strip Club who is a male stripper, He's just changed his Gender to Enby but this has given him -130 effectiveness for wrong gender.
Is this correct? and if so is it not wrong to be so?

Penalizing someone for changing their gender feels pretty outdated, especially these days when more people are just being themselves. It’s like the system hasn’t caught up yet.
I’ve got a friend who works in a similar gig, and they said finding places that are more chill about this stuff makes a huge difference. Something like *****could be worth checking out if they’re open to that kind of flexibility.
