I had my hair transplant 5.5 months ago and now nearly out of the shampoo the clinic gave me - and wondered if there is a particular shampoo that is recommended for retaining and growing hair following a transplant?
I know that shampoos with Sodium Lauryl Sulphate & parabens in it should be avoided - and I had been using Regenepure DR for a few months before the transplant which also is an anti DHT shampoo which contains 1mg of Ketoconazole. It says it helps with hair loss and regrowth…….
I don’t know if this is just marketing or whether these shampoos work?
I’m not using Finasteride (use Regaine) and would be interested in anybody's views and if there’s any other shampoos you think I should use as Regenepure DR is quite expensive (£30+ a bottle).
