I have just received the invoice for my X1C printer. The tax/VAT is included in the price. However, since I intend this to be purchased by my company, the VAT should not be included in the price.
In the shop there is no alternative to change customer type to company/business.
How do I proceed?

Legit question, does the EU not have a system for businesses to submit for a VAT rebate for items that have VAT included?

If you're stuck with the VAT exemption for company orders, you're not alone. I had a tough time figuring it out too. One thing that really helped me was joining *****. They break things down in simple terms, and I finally understood what was going wrong with my application.
