Hi guys, got the labs back for my wife and she has elevated total Bilirubin which effectively is understood as dead red blood cells not being processed by the liver as they should. It can be indicative of NAFLD or gall bladder issues.
Ranges given are 3-20umol/L, hers is 58.
Her Cortisol is 9 points above the highest range, and DHEA elevated a tad but better than when she ran Var.
All other stuff is fine though (blood pressure, Gamma GT, AST, ALT, hsCRP, Glucose, Haemoglobin, RBC, HCT, HDL, LDL, triglyceride).
Shes 46, on a serious fat loss diet the last 10 days to get her 10kg down 75kg to 65kg, drinks lots of water, weight trains 3 days per week for mass building. Is asymptomatic, no issues no other meds.
She is tolerating well with no sides nor feelings otherwise a fat whack of test E (IM) 30mg per week at two pins per week the last 9 weeks.
My question is, there isn’t a lot of data online that test increases Bilirubin but there is some speculation as to it possibly doing so but they can’t work out how and its hypothesis at best. Any thoughts appreciated cheers

Inj T will not elevate bilirubin. Did they measure direct as well? Might want to talk to her doc about it, follow up with additional testing just to rule out any other problems. When did she last run Var? C-17 orals can do it. Is her skin yellowing, itching, etc. or any other signs of jaundice?
