Kraken is genuinely built for active traders, which makes it frustrating for anyone who just wants to buy Bitcoin before the end of the day. The Instant Buy flow sits inside a full trading terminal, and new account manual verification can stretch up to five days. ACH deposits add a 7-day hold on crypto withdrawals, so even after funding clears, you still can’t move anything for another week. I looked through paybis.com/blog/best-kraken-alternatives-compare/ and the comparison covers exactly those pain points, with verified verification times, fee breakdowns, and support data across Paybis, Coinbase, and Binance. For someone who needs crypto in one session without reading platform documentation, the differences in onboarding speed alone make a strong case for switching away from Kraken entirely.
